In order to maintain our low price policy our return policy is as follows: Every item is individually screened before shipment for defects; all returns are at the buyer's expense . All returns must have a return authorization number. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
1.) Personalized, Monogrammed or Customized Logo Mats are non refundable & non returnable. They are made to order to your specifications & as such can not be returned or otherwise resold.
2.) There is a 20% restocking fee on the following floormats:
A.) Grimefighter Series Entrance Mats
B.) Carpet Mat Classic Entrance Mats
C.) Anti-Fatigue Mats
D.) Any Non-Standard Sized, Custom Cut Non-Logoed Mats
E.) All Items On Sale
All Custom Cut Orders, either with or without logos, will incur a 20% restocking fee + shipping cost to be paid by purchaser. Custom Cut orders include anything which is not a standard size.
